With an Editorial Board of experts in the field, Lexxion has created the new journal CoRe – European Competition and Regulatory Law Review.
CoRe will explore the interface between EU competition and regulatory law from a broader, multi-faceted perspective. In doing so, it would like to advance and promote an expansive conception of regulatory law, centred on the functional task of regulating, encompassing public as well as (transnational) private rulemaking.

In the first issue, our Managing Editors Robert Klotz (Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton) and Ben Van Rompuy (Leiden University/Vrije Universiteit Brussel) have put together articles, reports and case annotations on hot topics of today, both in the field of competition and regulatory law.
